Intranet for the management
CBM developes a Management system for the work centres through intranet.
The net allows us to develope the needed tools for the management and control of the staff, and have access from the work centre or everywhere where we have internet access.
Through this application in a Web environment the user will have ad identified access and, depending on his profile, it will be able to make or see different information to which this profile corresponds.
From the intranet it will be possible to establish all the working procedures that had been established before. The main tool is for every employee to fill diary their work reports, making them to have in a in a fast way the workflows from each delegation.
Furthermore it is useful as a communication point like a CBM-employee and employee-CBM. The customer can see all the information about the hired staff through his administrator profile.
